NAME: Nic Bezzina
PROFILE: Sydney photographer Nic Bezzina began his career in special makeup effects. After an internship making stop-motion puppets for MTV, he bought his first SLR and began shooting local gigs, quickly securing a residency at the Annandale Hotel. Some early photographs are still on permanent display. Nic continues to shoot live music, but recently has turned his attention to portraiture saying, “Photography helps me to see the beauty in the world. I love photos of characters in their own environment”.
